Vivat internal Promoters of good practices in the team
We have completed another project preparing a group of Competence Development Promoters in the company. This time, the internal team took up continuing activities for Cooperation and Integration in the team that was divided by the conflict.
The idea of leaving the company continuators supporting good practices in cooperation was the conclusion and inspiration of work on restoring trust in the team.
The main program for improving cooperation and overcoming the crisis has lasted for three months in several stages.
The continuation of activities leading to achievement of the goals by selected team members in each case is beneficial to the effects of the project. However, in the situation, we can confidently admit that the activities of the Promoters team gave the project meaning and saved the chance of achieving its objectives. Without their participation and continuation of the project, the integration of the divided and antagonized team would be impossible!
